Here are some of the simple rules to follow for your compensation model:
Nurses and other providers should produce a 4 to 1 ratio in sales. So if they cost you $100,000 they need to sell $400,000 in services. Period. No exceptions.
For lesser providers you can look at part time, hourly plus commission with benchmark goals for benefits. Keep in mind: you don’t need all full-time employees with full benefits!
